It is an electronic platform through which taxpayers must organize and issue invoices if they do not have an invoicing system, or have to e-link it to their invoicing system if they already have one, in accordance with Regulation (34) of 2019 Organizing and Controlling Invoicing Affairs Regulation issued in accordance with paragraph (f) of Article (23) of the Income Tax Law No. (34) of 2014
